For more than 25 years, Yaniv Levy has believed that beautiful hair begins long before the final style.
Throughout his career, one lesson has remained constant: beautiful hair is built through understanding, not assumptions. That belief has guided every step of his journey — from his early years in Jerusalem to Beverly Hills, New York Fashion Week, Soho, and today at Williamsburg Blow Bar.
At 17, Yaniv discovered his passion for hair design. By 21 he was in Los Angeles, styling celebrities and trendsetters while refining his approach to precision cutting and personalized care.
New York soon became home. In 2010 he opened Y Gallery Salon in Soho — known for precision cuts and craftsmanship — while working backstage at New York Fashion Week.
In 2019 he introduced Soho Blow Bar, reimagining the blowout with treatments that improve the condition of the hair, not just its appearance.
Building on that philosophy, Yaniv opened Williamsburg Blow Bar in 2025 beneath the Williamsburg Bridge — a calm space built on thoughtful care, honest recommendations, and personalized attention.
Today he specializes in luxury blowouts and scalp wellness. Outside the salon, he is a fine artist and longtime Kung Fu practitioner — disciplines that shape his appreciation for balance, patience, and craftsmanship.

He is such an amazing soul with calm BOHO vibes and did such an amazing job with the haircut, exactly what I was looking for.
